General Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to your use of the services available at www.bitdreams2.com (the “Casino”), which is managed by Moody Moose Limitada (the "Company").

1.2 Your acceptance. You must read and understand these Terms and Conditions fully before using the Casino. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not allowed to use or continue to use the Casino. These Terms and Conditions become applicable when you register at the Casino. By continuing to use the Casino, you confirm that you agree with these Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time.

1.3 The Company is incorporated in Costa Rica with registration number 3-102-919643 with its registered address at Province of San Jose, Country of Escazu, San Rafael district, 400m south of the Multiplaza Shopping Center, House No 400, on La Ceiba Street to the right, Costa Rica. The Company is licensed and authorized by the Tobique Gaming Commission under license number 0000048.

1.4 Changes to these Terms and Conditions. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is valid until a new version is available on the Casino. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. You will be notified in advance of any material changes to the Terms and Conditions, and you will need to accept these changes before they become binding to both you and us. Should you not accept the changes to the Terms and Conditions, you may not be able to log in to your account, and if you have a positive balance on your account, you can contact us at [email protected] or through chat in order to withdraw it.

1.5 Languages. These Terms and Conditions may be published in multiple languages, reflecting the same principles, for informational purposes and to assist players. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the non-English version of these Terms and Conditions, the version more favourable to you shall prevail.

1.6 Game Rules. The Games available on the Casino have different rules, which can be found in the actual Game, and you must always play the Games in line with any special rules that apply to each. You will also find generic rules for different types of games on the Casino.

 

2. Your Obligations

2.1 Gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years old. Any account found to be used by an underage individual will result in the confiscation of any winnings and the permanent closure of the account. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the legal age requirements for gambling.

2.2 Personal entertainment. You may participate in the Games strictly in your personal non-professional capacity, on your own behalf and not on the behalf of any other person or company. You may only participate in the Games for recreation and entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, together with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Any participation in the Games by a corporate player or for commercial purposes is prohibited unless we have entered into a separate written agreement for such purpose.

2.3 Gambling problems. You may not participate in the Games if you are a problem gambler, have self-excluded or closed yourself from any of our other casinos (caused by gambling problems), and/or if you are included (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) in any register or database of players with gambling issues.

2.4 Legality. Gambling may be illegal in the country in which you are located or residing. Our intention is not to enable you to contravene any laws applicable. You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to play the Games in the country you are accessing them from. We prohibit access for persons located temporarily or persistently in, or residents of: Afghanistan, the Canadian Provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, UK, USA, Yemen, Venezuela. Further, for the avoidance of doubt, registration from countries that do not feature on the dropdown options available at the registration stage is strictly prohibited. 

2.5 Successful registration and gambling on our Casino do not warrant that it is permitted under our license in your jurisdiction; it is entirely and solely your responsibility to enquire and ensure that you do not breach laws applicable to you by participating in the Games.

2.6 Correct information. You confirm that all information that you give us is complete, true, correct, and that you will immediately notify us of any changes to such information or change such details yourself on the Casino.

2.7 Taxes. You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes or other fees applicable to you under the relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from us.

2.8 You acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and agree that you participate in games entirely at your discretion and risk. The Company accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred through gameplay, and such losses are not subject to reimbursement.

By using our services, you waive any right to seek compensation from the Company or to make claims against the Tobique licensing authority in relation to lost funds or the outcome of any games.

2.9 You must not engage in fraud, game manipulation, or any unlawful behaviour, including using software or devices to gain an unfair advantage. Funds used must not come from illegal sources. Selling, transferring, or acquiring accounts is also prohibited. If we suspect any such activity, we may cancel bonuses, seize winnings, and close your account.

2.10 The use of VPN/Proxy/TOR to hide your identity and location when logging onto our Casino is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to confiscate any winnings, cancel all bonuses, and terminate the player account if any VPN/Proxy/TOR has been used.

 

3. Your Account

3.1 For you to be able to participate in the Games, you must first register and open an account with us. As part of the registration process, you will choose your username and password, and any other requested information for your successful login into the Casino. You must enter all mandatory information requested into your registration form all of which must be true and correct.

3.2 It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept secure. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party. In case there is suspicion that such information should have been compromised, you must inform us and take proper actions to prohibit or prevent any unauthorised access to any part of your account or funds. You are not allowed to transfer funds from your account to any other person, receive money from other persons into your account, or transfer, sell and/or acquire user accounts.

3.3 You may only have one account with us at any time. If we identify multiple accounts linked to the same person, we may close them and transfer any remaining balance to one account, at our sole discretion. Any winnings or bonuses from duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If duplicates were created to exploit promotions, we may cancel related transactions and bonuses, and confiscate winnings. We reserve the right to decide whether to continue or terminate the business relationship entirely.

3.4 In order for us to fulfil our legal obligations, we may ask you for information in addition to the registration details when you apply for an account and at any time while you hold an account with us. This could include but is not limited to, proof of your identity, address, age, origin of funds deposited, utility bills, and bank statements. We may also obtain information about you through publicly available sources and databases. We may block your account at our discretion at any time if we are not satisfied with the information you have provided or if there is a delay in supplying the requested information. Failure to provide correct information or to provide any requested information that enables us to comply with our legal obligations may result in you being reported to the relevant regulatory body. This may include criminal and serious crime monitoring/reporting agencies. Please note that we may be restricted by law from informing you about such reporting.

 

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposit and withdrawal options are listed on our Payments page and may vary by jurisdiction. You are strictly prohibited from using any payment method that is not registered in your own name. The use of third-party or company cards is not allowed under any circumstances. All withdrawals must be made using the same method used for deposits. If we identify that funds from a third party have been used, your account may be suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings may be forfeited.

4.2 We may charge fees for processing deposits and withdrawals. If such fees apply, they will be clearly communicated during the deposit process. Deposits made to your account should be used for playing the Games. If there is suspicion of abuse, for instance where a deposited amount has not been used for an appropriate level of Game play and the Player then makes a withdrawal request in relation to that deposited amount or where we suspect that you are abusing exchange rate fluctuations, we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to cancel the respective deposit(s) in part or in full and to retract any associated costs.

4.3 We may assign minimum deposit levels and maximum deposit levels as specified on the Casino.

4.4 The time it takes between making a deposit and the availability of the deposited funds in the account as well as the time it takes between requesting a withdrawal and the availability of the withdrawn funds in your account may vary depending on the payment method used. A withdrawal attempt should generally be approved or denied within a reasonable time. However, withdrawals may be delayed as a consequence of our legal obligations to request additional documentation and information from you. If you win and decide to withdraw €15,000 or more over a period of 30 days or less, we reserve the right to pay out your winning in instalments over a period.

4.5 If we mistakenly credit your account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and the amount will be transferred from your account as soon as possible. If prior to us becoming aware of the error, you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by you to In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately.

4.6 The Casino accepts deposits in both fiat currencies, such as Euro (EUR), and supported cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals will be processed in the same currency as the original deposit whenever possible. For fiat transactions, withdrawals will be made in EUR, and your bank or payment provider may convert the amount into your account’s currency. For crypto transactions, withdrawals will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the deposit, unless agreed otherwise. Please note that any currency conversion, exchange rate differences, network fees, or associated premiums are your sole responsibility.

4.7 All our products and services are consumed instantly during gameplay. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a Game has been played with real money. Funds wagered are immediately deducted from your account and are considered final. Refund requests based solely on losses or dissatisfaction with the Casino’s conditions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4.8 Please note that we may authorize commercial agents to process any deposits or withdrawals on our behalf.

4.9 The Casino reserves the right to perform security checks at any time, at our sole discretion. You acknowledge and accept that, during such checks, we may request additional information and documentation to verify your identity, account activity, or source of funds. This may include but is not limited to: a valid government-issued ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, cryptocurrency wallet transaction history, proof of source of funds, or source of wealth. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, registration, or withhold payments until the requested information has been provided and satisfactorily reviewed.

4.10 Deposits made to your Casino account should be commensurate with game play and wagered 100%. Therefore, if in the Company’s discretion, there is suspicion of abuse (for instance, where a deposited amount has not been used for an appropriate level of game play and the user then makes a withdrawal request in relation to that deposited amount or where the Company suspects that you are abusing exchange rate fluctuations), we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to cancel the respective deposit(s) in part or in full, to retract any costs that may have resulted in conjunction therewith and to close the gaming account indefinitely. The Company further reserves the right to request and obtain satisfactory proof of deposit and additional copies of personal identification in such instances, prior to processing any withdrawal request, the processing of which shall be entirely at the Company’s discretion.

4.11 Available withdrawal options are clearly stated on the Casino and may differ depending on the market from which the player originates.

4.12 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically feasible and permitted. This ensures adherence to the closed-loop policy. If the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, the Casino may offer an alternative method, which you can select or have designated by the Casino or its representatives. Withdrawal requests will be reviewed and either approved or declined within three (3) days. If the funds have not reached your account within ten (10) days of approval, you will be informed of the reason for the delay.

4.13 The Casino reserves the right to request documentation verifying ownership and use of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds. This may include, but is not limited to, copies or images of bank cards, e-wallet accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or other payment services. Verification may be requested at any time, including prior to processing a deposit or withdrawal, or after a transaction has been completed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in delayed processing, cancellation of transactions, confiscation of winnings and suspension of the account.

4.14 Funds marked as “Bonus money” or stuck in an aborted game will not be withdrawable.

4.15 The verification team employed by the Casino may carry out additional verification procedures for any single or cumulative deposits or withdrawals equivalent to or exceeding 2,000 Euro (or currency equivalent) and further reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures also in case of lower payouts or random security checks. Such verifications may, for example, include a Copy of the National ID card, a Passport, a Personal Account Number Card, Proof of residence, Source of Wealth/Funds and/or self-photos to confirm authenticity.

4.16 The Casino reserves the right to charge a fee should you request a withdrawal without turning over an amount that is equal to or more than the amount deposited.

4.17 The Casino reserves the right to terminate an account, ban a player, and retain all funds if the player is reasonably suspected of engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

4.17.1 Use of stolen, forged, or unauthorized credit cards, eWallets, bank accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets.

4.17.2 Submission of false, forged, stolen, or misappropriated documents or personal data.

4.17.3 Bonus abuse, including exploiting promotions or creating multiple accounts to benefit unfairly.

4.17.4 Collusion with other players or use of bots or automated systems.

4.17.5 Money laundering or use of the Casino to facilitate suspicious financial activity.

4.17.6 Attempting or initiating chargebacks after gameplay has been completed, the deposited funds have been fully wagered, or in circumstances deemed unfair or abusive by the Casino.

5. Bonuses & Rewards Scheme Conditions

5.1.1 Separate terms: Individual bonus campaigns can have specific details and terms; in this case such information shall be made available to the Player separately. In absence of such terms, the provisions in this clause shall apply.

5.1.2 Lapse of bonus money: We reserve the right to withhold and remove any bonus money awarded to you if it has not been used within 30 days from the date awarded. Individual campaigns may have a shorter expiration time and are, if so, this is stated to the Player related to the time when receiving the campaign offer.

5.1.3 Wagering requirements: Upon depositing to receive bonus funds or Free Spins, you must wager your deposit at least once. If you are eligible for a bonus or free spins, wagering requirements will apply before you are eligible to make any cash-outs of the bonus or winnings by bets using bonus money. If you would like to request a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, we will deduct the whole bonus amount as well as any winnings made from bonus money before approving any withdrawal. We have the right to choose which Games, and how much a Game, contributes to the wagering requirements. Winnings from Free Spins (rounds) have a wagering requirement of forty (40) times the winning sum if nothing else is stated alongside the Free Spin campaign to contradict this. Only bets with bonus money count towards the wagering requirements. If no specific information is given regarding wagering requirements when receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement is set to forty (40) times the sum of the received bonus amount. Local wagering requirements may be applied and if so, are to be stated together with the offer. Risk-free bets on any Games do not qualify for wagering requirements.

Some Games affect the wagering requirements differently as shown in the list below:

The contribution of games toward wagering requirements is as follows: Slot machines contribute a maximum of 100%, with the exception of the following titles which contribute 0%: Blood Suckers, The Wish Master, Dead or Alive, as well as Spribe games including Mines, Plinko, Keno, Hilo, Dice, Goal, Mini Roulette, and Aviator, Hacksaw Gaming’s Coins, Boxes, and Mines, and all other Mines games. Blackjack, including Pontoon and Double Exposure, contributes a maximum of 10%. Roulette of all kinds contributes a maximum of 5%. Baccarat of all kinds contributes 5%. 100 Bit Dice contributes 0%. Video Poker contributes up to 30%. Punto Banco contributes 5%. Oasis Poker contributes a maximum of 10%. TXS Hold’em Poker and Casino Hold’em both contribute up to 10%. All other Live Casino games contribute 10%, while all other games not specifically listed above contribute up to 100%.

Any player found abusing bonus funds, particularly by playing slot games with a progression mechanism (such as strategies that involve increasing or changing bet size in a pattern to exploit bonus conditions), may have their winnings confiscated and their account closed at the Casino’s discretion.

5.1.4 Bonuses/Free Spins/Free Bets at the Casino can only be received once per household, IP address, device and/or payment method. Risk-free bets on any games do not qualify for Casino's wagering requirements. We reserve the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of bonus abuse/fraud is found.

5.1.5 Bets and wins with bonus money and free spins: Winnings generated from Free Spins become bonus money and these count towards wagering requirements. During gameplay, real money is used first. Real money bets give real money winnings and mixed bets or bonus money only bets give bonus money winnings. When placing a bet of bonus money or a bet containing bonus money, wagering is decreased with the amount of the bonus bet and at a maximum of €/$5. Maximum allowed bet containing bonus money is €/$5, winnings due to higher bets may be removed. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn.

5.1.6 Unfinished game rounds: Game rounds and game features triggered with bonus funds must be played through whilst a bonus is active. You are not permitted to delay completion of game rounds or game features until after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met, and/or you have deposited new funds. If such activity is identified, your bonus and/or any associated winnings may be voided.

5.1.7 The Casino reserves the right to close your account and not to issue refunds of any deposits, remittance of balances or winnings generated on the account, should we suspect bonus abuse has occurred. Abuse includes but is not limited to, cash stashing, bonus stashing, or else by depositing only to receive free spins and withdrawing your real money before wagering the amount deposited at least once.

Commitment to Fair Play

5.3 Winnings earned from free bonuses may be withdrawn up to a maximum of EUR 500 (or equivalent in other currencies). If you win more than this amount from a free bonus and request a withdrawal, the amount exceeding EUR 500 will be removed from your account. Additionally, before you can withdraw your winnings from free bonuses, you must make at least one deposit into your account and place a bet equal to the deposited amount.

 

6.Paused and Inactive Accounts

6.1 A paused account is an account that has not been accessed for 3 months, that has a real money balance.

6.2 An inactive account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance.

6.3 When an account is paused, the Casino may impose a fee from your balance of 10% per month. When an account is inactive, the Casino will remove all real and bonus money balance.

 

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Limits: You may at your discretion choose to limit the amount you are allowed to deposit (withdrawals increases the allowed deposit amount) during a day (00:00-23:59 CET), week (Monday-Sunday) or monthly (first - end of calendar month, or from the time of activation until end of month when limit is set). If you reach this limit for the amount you deposit (considering also withdrawals during the period), you will not be able to deposit more money. All limits are administered and initiated by contacting the Casino support, through ‘My Account’ or email/chat. When a limit is set for the first time, it takes effect immediately once it has been registered. If you wish to decrease a limit set, such a change will take place immediately once registered. If you wish to remove or increase a limit that has been set, such a change will take effect immediately. Please note that limits apply per Casino and not per license holder/company.

7.2 Self-exclusion: You may, at your discretion, choose to limit your ability to access your account for an indefinite period (indefinite self-exclusion) or a specified period (definite self-exclusion). Self-exclusions shall take effect immediately upon notification to our Support Team or upon direct submission through the Casino interface, as applicable.

7.2.1 A self-exclusion request is valid only for the specific Casino you are currently playing on and does not extend to any other brands operated by the same company.

7.2.2 If you wish to increase the duration of an active definite self-exclusion, such increase will take effect immediately. Suppose you wish to decrease the duration of a definite self-exclusion or end it earlier. In that case, your request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and only after you have completed and submitted a Responsible Gambling questionnaire requested by our Customer Support. We reserve the right to deny such requests at our sole discretion.

7.2.3 We may, at our discretion and for any reason (including but not limited to concerns about problem gambling or security issues), refuse to re-open an account after any self-exclusion.

 

8. Privacy

8.1 You acknowledge and consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Account information, including player name, address, phone, email, and account transactional details, is processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 We are the sole owner of the Casino’s trademark. Any unauthorised use of the Casino’s trademark and the Casino’s logo may result in prosecution. The Casino and any other subdomains belong to us or our group companies, and no unauthorised use is allowed of the URL. We are the owner or the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology, software and business systems used within the Casino. The contents and structure of the Casino pages are subject to copyright and database right. All rights are reserved. The copyright in the Casino, including all text, graphics, code, files and links, belongs to us and the Casino may not be reproduced, transmitted or stored in whole or in part without our written consent. Your registration and use of the Casino does not confer any rights whatsoever to the intellectual property contained on the Casino.

 

10. Cancellation of Bets and Balance Adjustments

10.1 Unexpected technical problems or circumstances outside of our control may require that we cancel and refund bets to you. Such circumstances could include, but are not limited to, technical problems with a Game and/or where a game is “stuck” in a state where a game round is not being finished. Similarly, your account balances may need to be adjusted under certain circumstances, including but not limited to, if a bonus campaign has been misconfigured or if a Game malfunctions. If there is a malfunction in a Game or its interoperability, any bets made during such malfunction shall be void. Winnings obtained from a malfunctioning Game shall be considered void, as well as any subsequent game rounds with said funds, regardless of what Games are played using such funds.

 

11. Complaints

11.1 We commit to provide an enjoyable and high-quality experience at our Casino. However, if you have any complaints regarding our services, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing [email protected].

 

11.2 All complaints will be handled internally and investigated thoroughly. We aim to provide a substantial response as soon as practically possible and strive to resolve complaints within 10 days from the date of receipt. In some cases, depending on the complexity of the issue, the investigation may take longer. In such cases, we will contact you within the 10-day period to either provide a final response or inform you of the delay, along with an estimated timeframe for resolution.

11.3 You will be kept informed of the progress and outcome of your complaint, unless we are legally restricted from sharing such information. 

11.4 If you are not satisfied with the final outcome of your complaint after completing our internal complaints procedure, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. We have appointed CADRE – The Curacao Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Online Gambling to act as our ADR body. CADRE is an impartial third party that helps resolve disputes between players and operators. You may submit your case through their website at https://cadre.online/.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Access to the Casino and participation in its Games is undertaken solely at your own risk. The Casino platform, Games, and related systems are provided without any express or implied warranties. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of suitability for a specific purpose, operational accuracy, or uninterrupted service. We, along with our employees, service providers, and partners, shall not be held liable for any reliance placed on the availability or performance of the Casino or its Games.

12.2 No Liability: We are not liable for any losses, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Casino or your participation in the Games, including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the casino or its content or any errors or omissions in content.

12.3 Indemnity: You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless, us, our directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, losses, damages, claims and liabilities caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Casino or participation in the Games contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

 

13. Termination and Account Closure

13.1 If you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. If your decision to close the account is related to concerns about gambling addiction, and you would like us to take this into consideration for any future interactions, please clearly indicate this as the reason for your closure request. Upon account closure, we will promptly transfer any remaining funds to a payment method available in your country and registered in your name, subject to any applicable withdrawal fees.

13.2 We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Below are some examples of situations where we may take such action and, in certain cases, withhold payment of winnings or account balances:

13.2.1 If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect such a breach, we reserve the right to refuse account opening, suspend or permanently close your account, and withhold any deposits, balances, or winnings associated with it.

13.2.2 If you are, or are reasonably suspected to be, involved in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities while using the Casino. This includes but is not limited to money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.

13.2.3 If we believe your continued use of our services is or may become harmful to your health or wellbeing, including signs of problem gambling.

13.2.4 If you are experiencing financial difficulties, issues with creditors, or your activity on our Casino poses a reputational, regulatory, or financial risk to our business.

13.2.5 If you create or use multiple accounts, use false or misleading personal information, or provide falsified or misappropriated payment methods or documentation.

13.2.6 The above examples are non-exhaustive. We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Casino, comply with legal obligations, or safeguard our users and business.

13.3 Account Closure Fee. Depending on the payment type you use, the withdrawal of your funds may be subject to withdrawal or administrative fees. Please note that administration fees of low-value withdrawals often exceed the amount of the withdrawal, and therefore, where a final withdrawal amount upon account closure is less than €/$ €/$10, we will not refund this, and it will instead be charged as an account closure fee.

 

14. Severability

14.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.

 

15. Assignment

15.1 We reserve the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

 

16. Entire Agreement

16.1 These Terms and Conditions (including the specific terms for sports betting and lotto betting) jointly with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Casino.

 

17. Applicable law and jurisdiction

17.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Costa Rica. The parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Costa Rica.
